Completing a dissertation involves two phases - selecting and conducting the research or study exercise that provides the content of your work and then writing the text that explains your project and its outcomes. Your dissertation is potentially a highpoint of your academic studies and may well direct your career path and progression over the longer term. So, it's important that you present your work and your competence as a communicator in the best ways possible.
